📦 Returns Policy (90 Days)

You have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused beyond product inspection
  • Include tags (if applicable)
  • Be in its original packaging or suitable equivalent
  • Include proof of purchase

🌍 International Returns (Worldwide)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees
  • These amounts are non-refundable


🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.
